Productivity Super App

A personal life and work workspace

Productivity Super App is Mohanad Anan’s private workspace for tasks, notes, goals, habits, fitness and planning. Access is limited to its owner and authorized agents; there is no public sign-up.

Google Calendar

The web app connects Google accounts to show calendars and cache events for planning. The personal connection can create and manage events on writable calendars and creates the app’s Training and Events calendars. The work connection reads calendars only. Agent changes to the owner’s other calendars require approval in the app.

Email triage by an agent

A separately authorized agent can read the owner’s personal Gmail and FachPilot business mailbox to identify follow-ups. It stores concise tasks, inbox suggestions and source links in this workspace. The web app does not connect to Gmail or store full emails. Employer email is excluded from this triage setup.

Food and exercise data

Nutrition values and the exercise library come from open sources, credited here as their licences ask. Values are copied or cached in the workspace database; nothing from the workspace is sent back to these sources except a barcode or search term when a food is looked up.
